Is it possible to make the Splash Screen colour and the application structural colour different in the mobile app?

The loading screen displays the colour of the app itself, which serves as the background. The colour of applications is displayed on all pages in the same way, it is not possible to set different colours. On top of this background, we can place a logo (or other images), but only in a limited size.
