Why may orders not automatically be distributed to the courier?

Orders may not be assigned to an active courier for several reasons:

  • The courier's GPS is turned off.

  • The courier's phone settings are set to prohibit the courier application from recognizing their location.

  • The courier is outside the set work radius for his type of courier in the delivery service settings.

  • In the logistics settings, the mode of manual order distribution is enabled.

  • All received orders are still on the Pre-orders tab. ** (The order will be distributed to the courier and will be displayed on the Active tab when there will be less than 40 minutes before the pick-up time) **.
