Why might the Binotel plugin not display customer data?
There are several common reasons why this problem may occur:

False problem - the phone number from which the call is received is not registered in the service system, and therefore information on it is not displayed in the plugin, since there is no such user in the system yet. This is a normal situation if the client has not made a single order on this phone number until the moment of the call.

Technical - if the above steps are completed, but the client information is still not displayed in the plugin - contact Dots Platform technical support, we will help you communicate with Binotel managers and resolve this issue.
