Why orders are not distributed to the operator?

Orders may not be distributed to operators for several reasons:

• The maximum number of orders that can be distributed to operators has already been reached and all other operators are busy, or this value is set to 0.

• There are no operators on the line.

• Operator is in the Invisible status. In this case, the operator is online, but orders are not distributed to them.
