2.0 Why is the Courier on the map function not available in the app?

The Courier on Map feature may not be available in the mobile app for several reasons:

  • The display is turned off in the settings. Configurable in Control Panel → Settings → Cities → edit → Delivery → Courier Tracking → Real-time courier tracking field.

  • The courier turned off GPS location tracking on their smartphone.

  • The Courier is offline.
