2.0 Can users edit or delete their reviews?

Reviews can be handled in several places:

• Users can edit their reviews and ratings for specific orders through the mobile app under the Order Details → Rating tab (this also applies to orders placed through the website).

• If a user left a review in the Apple Store or Google Play, they can edit or delete it.

• There is no way to delete or edit reviews on the site. But, it is possible to edit their display through the Monitoring Panel → Clients.

• Also, you can turn off the display of reviews on the site in the Control Panel → Settings → City Editing → System tab, Show reviews.
