2.0 Where is it possible to configure operator filters and how to use them correctly?

Operator filters are available on each order-related tab of the Monitoring Panel (Active. Recent. Pre-orders.). The filter displays all active operators. When you select any of the operators, the tab will display all orders associated with this operator.
