2.0 Why does the customer not receive an SMS with a confirmation code?

  • Problems of the mobile operator;

  • Problems with the client's phone or coverage area;

  • Zero balance on the SMS service account;

  • System protection does not allow you to make more than one order for one phone number within one minute;

  • The user's phone number is blacklisted;

  • In the user settings, the setting - Do not require an SMS code when placing an order is activated;

  • When placing an order, the user entered an incorrect phone number;

  • Integration with SMS gateways is not configured;

  • The user is in superadmin status.
