2.0 Why is there no sound in the Monitoring Panel?

The absence of sound in the Monitoring Panel may occur due to the following reasons:

• The user is not in the Monitoring Panel on the Active or Notifications tabs (sound alerts do not work while on other tabs);

• The order notification was quickly accepted/read;

• There are no delays in active orders.
