2.0 Why might the promo code not be applied?

The promo code will not be activated in such cases:

• Entered incorrectly;
• Is inactive;
• Not all the conditions of the promo campaign have been met (minimum order value, validity period, number of uses, etc.);
• It was used for promotional products, the discount for which is higher than the discount for the promo code;
• The promotion associated with the promo code is disabled / in the wrong status;
• An attempt to use a promotional code for orders from another company/city;
• The Apply button was not pressed after entering the promo code.
