Every mode you don't offer is an order placed elsewhere

The revenue logic differs per mode, and each one is money you keep. A takeaway order carries zero courier cost — on a $20 ticket that's $3–5 of delivery expense that never happens, while the kitchen revenue stays the same. Dine-in ordering from the phone means guests order the second round without flagging a waiter; tables turn faster and staff cover more of the floor. Reservations fill seats you already pay rent on. How it works in the Dots app

You enable modes per location in the admin panel — a dark kitchen runs delivery and takeaway only; a full restaurant turns on all four. Each mode gets its own settings: separate menus or prices where needed, its own working hours, its own order flow. Takeaway customers get pickup-time selection and turn-by-turn navigation to the pickup point. Delivery runs on your delivery zones with per-zone fees. Dine-in guests order to a table number, and staff see which table fired the order.
